After the ends of the rafters have been plumbed.

Like Barry said, as soon as the rafters have been plumb cut or the trusses have been stood. Nowadays with a lot of the project builders there's guys that just do the fascia and barge, (often in metal) so whenever they roll up to the job is when it gets done.

Isn't specialisiation just grand?
A few years ago I knew a guy who worked in the pits for the McLaren F1 team - his job? Changing the left hand rear tyre.
The Fascia Boyz are just about there, but not as fast and nowhwere near as reliable..
Who ARE those guys?

The correct answer as some of you have stated is when the trusses are erected and when the sheathing is installed.
