Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can point me towards a woodturning club in the Bayside area (Redlands/Wynnum) of Brisbane. I have been turning for a little while and I think that based on what I have read in this forum I should join a club, thanks for your help.

As a newby to woodturning myself I can appreciate the position your in, and like yourself I took the advice of this forum,and joined a club, (best move I ever made), I live at Tingalpa. A couple of clubs come to mind , the first one is THE BAYSIDE WOODTURNERS AND WOODCRAFTERS CLUB INC

The second one,( and the one I'm a member of ) is THE WOODTURNERS SOCIETY OF QLD INC at MT GRAVATT, a great buch of guy's,been very helpfull to me,and a very well equipt club.Hope this helps, have fun :D
