history on a antique maker in melbourne

hi can anyone help me, I have a old sideborad made by Thomas Lem, Little Lonsdale St, Melbourne, it has the shape of 2 triangles one inside the other with the makers name & address & i cant read the rest .
I was trying to see how old it is , ihave googled it but found nothing, cheers horse.
