Help with mens club

Hello, I run a men's club in Brisbane and stumbled across this forum looking for new idea's for the club. Is there anyone in the Logan area who would be interested in helping to motivate my club into making something with wood. It has to be a simple project even if it is just restoring a picture frame etc.

Make something good - that they can all go use together., like some plywood boats to go fishing, rowing and sailing in - or racing in with an outboard.
