Do love the features, not available on them nasty real ones..

Features in Demo:

Texture mapping
Turning up to 7" radius and 36" long
Full rotation and lighting control
Metric/Imperial Measurements
Save work to file
Undo up to 5 cuts Now that is really handy.

Features in Full Version:

9 wood turning tools, including wood filler and stain.
66 free textures
Ability to add your own textures
Photograph your work piece and save as bitmaps
Automatically dimensioned scale printing
Load your saved work

The big problem is it is just another 15 day free trail bit of software..

Have not downloaded or looked at the software.

Wonder how it would handle 24 inch diameter X 24 inch long, out of balance tree stump at 3000 rpm.

Wonder how it would handle 24 inch diameter X 24 inch long, out of balance tree stump at 3000 rpm.It didn't shake the computer or desk and it didn't make me nervous.

Didn't have to to wear safety gear and didn't get dirty.

BUT, my client didn't like the virtual product so I may have to do a real one. Bummer.:D

this is not funny. I'm just fitting new bearings on mine and came in for a break out of the hot shed.:~
Cheers,
