Hunted High & Low for a Drum Sander for the Wife's Intarsia stuff.
Couldn't find one anywhere near here.
Had a go at making one,
WELL , it worked Total cost $10.75
1 Poly Pipe screw on Cap with Pipe end
1 Packet sanding belts
Drilled a hole in the centre of the cap , scewed the fitting on , slotted the drum & folded the sanding belt to squeeze it into the slot & over the drum , Put a light round piece of a pencil into the crease of the sanding belt on the inside of the drum which pulled the belt tight. Then attached it to the Grinder on the right side , this tightens as it spins forward.
Works fine
