excellent search engine tutorial

My parents have been surfing the web now that they are both retired. They asked for some help with the use of search engines. I heard of this website on a local radio call in computer show.

its all about pagerank, in bound links, link text, coded website information heirarchy page names, domain name and title tags - dont bother with META keywords but DO use description for Yahoo as its the only search engine that uses it
