Gidday everyone
I am looking to extend my existing home by approx 7sq's and was looking to owner build the project.
The reason I am looking at becoming a owner builder is that next year I have the opportunity to take 4 mths long service leave from work so would have the time to look after the project myself.
However I was looking to get my extension built to a lockup stage by a builder and then taking over from there (ie; sourcing all other trades as required)
So I was wondering if anyone had gone down this path and if anyone could suggest any contact's for builders in Melbourne that would be willing to undertake work to lock up stage
