Have spent most days in my shed, and here is one completed item. The top and base are Silky Oak, but found I did not have a piece for the stem so used a piece of Hoop Pine with the same colourings. Sanded to 400 and polished with Shellawax and Carnauba Wax.

Thanks Artme. The height is 37cm, top 26cm, base17cm, depth of top is 20cm.
I am not sure if there are rules and regulations for table sizes, so I am sort of floating blind. Ant comments more than welcome.
