Pepper Tree

Hi all,
I'm about to start pruning my Pepper Trees and was wondering if anyone has had any experience in turning this wood. Would it be worthwhile trying to preserve some of the bigger limbs or should I just burn the whole lot when it's dry.

Any wood that you get free is "good wood" even the most lifeless can be brought to life with a little imagination.I've turned some most unlikley bits from "honky nuts" to "blackboy" flower stems and they can all look great.
