Hello Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and see if anyone knows or has any info regarding this car.
179509179510

Only info I have is it is a 1926 Chevrolet Series V Superior. Apparently the boattail back was a dealer installed option. The boattail was made by a company called Mercury Body Company.

Im looking for any info that has dimensions or if anyone has an image from the side or from straight on. I want to make a scale model of it but with no info or dimensions it will be hard to make it accurately I only need basic info like wheelbase, wheel diameter, width, height.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Bret

Ok so I still havent found a whole lot out about the car but I did find a plan for a Auburn "Boattail" Speedster car in Wood magazine that is similar. I think I can reshape it to look more like the Chevy.

Have an old family photo of an uncle in what we think is a 1926 Chev boat tail roadster - on the farm in Virden, Manitoba.
