Yep all good to turn except the - I aasume - African Tulip tree. This tree has fairly featureleess timber and is not very dense.

Go the silky oak!!! slab it and use for furniture. There will also be plenty to cut into turning blanks.

Paint ends and stack for airf;ow out of the sun.

The avocado is OK if you can keep the borers out of it (Borax will do the trick) - nice pinkish colour and easy to turn.
The 'tulip something' might be Tulip Oak (argyrodendron actinophyllum) which is a very nice timber for turning and cabinetry and is local to Northern NSW and SE Qld.
As for the Sapota - no idea - but it would go well in the egg collection :;
