Looking for woodshavings

Hi,
We've just built a new chicken coop from almost entirely repurposed or "scavenged" items. We now need some untreated woodshavings for our chickens to live on! My Dad is a hobby woodworker and thought someone out here might be able to help us. We live in Patterson Lakes but obviously will travel to pick them up.

Try the local men's shed or woodwork group, or a local timber yard. I'm sure they will be happy to give you as much as you can take!
