Lots of good articles there; on gouges, grind wheels and abrasives not least.

So far I have only looked at a few articles, but will return to look at more.
The Bill Neddow article on grinding wheels I found particularly good, as are most things that Bill writes.

Have now read Part 1 of that article, which drives home the significant difference between the European (P) and US abrasive grit size systems. Well worth a read if anyone uses abrasives from different makers and is not familiar with this issue.

Yes, the grit progression analysis was an eye opener.
Might explain in part the scratchy results I've had out of Dry Ice discs.
