Scrapers

I've recently seen a scraper that appears to be simply a wooden handle with replaceable blades. I cant think of the name of it though. It's made in England and is a maroon colour. On the back of the packaging it says that it's suitable for preparing new timber surfaces. I'm wondering if anyone knows of the tool and could tell me how it compares to normal scrapers.
