hi can any one tell me if you can use delrin rod for pen turning ikf so is it any differant to turning acrylic thanks

Delrin definitely does not turn like acrylic!
It is used for bushes because super glue - CA - doesn't stick to it.

Acrylic is hard and brittle like perspex, and can be polished up to a brilliant finish. Delrin is just a version of soft nylon and not much you can do with that except make low friction bushes etc.
