Hi All
I am sad to say I have posted my last piece..The Cougar and all my gear has been sold and will be picked up this week
We are moving to a townhouse and the cost of a new shed with concrete floor and power is just to much plus SWMBO is in need of much more of my time

To all on this forum I would like to say Thank you for all your help over the years. I will still be lurking around on the internet and will visit you all quite often
Again thanks
Best regards
Bowl-Basher (Graham )

Graham, I fully understand the situation, sight problems of your wife, still it's a pity.
Maybe you have in the future more time for Facebook to keep in touch.
This old guy will miss you else.

bowl-basher,

It's always sad to read that one of our number has hung up his tools. I hope that the move goes well and you settle in quickly.

However I'm glad to read that you'll still be a visitor to the site. I've enjoyed reading some of your input over the years,

All the best to the both of you,

Graham,

I wish you all the best with what life brings your way in the future.
I also wish to thank you for the advice you gave me when buying my lathe at Carbatec and then also at one of the get togethers at Dave's place.

Thanks and good luck
You're posts will definitely be missed here.

Hi Graham,

Sorry to hear about your wife. If you ever get to miss working with wood, Have you thought of doing some marquetry or simple wood carving?

I am a little bit incapacitated at the moment and these are things I can start/stop or just do when I have a few spare minutes with a minimum of tools. Not the same as wood turning but you can do it anyware without all the mess.

Take care,

Chipman

Bowl-Basher (Graham )

You may not be turning, but there is lots of hard earned information stored between your ears. You can still be of help to those starting the addiction, or to those of us wandering around in confusion.

Sorry to hear about your wife.

The best to both of you.
