I've seen them before but I've never seen the pricing before :o:o:o . Good luck to him if gets his asking price but let's get real about it - it is after all just a bowl with a few guitar strings stretched over it :shrug:

They are fairly big bowls though. Having just paid real money for a bit of wood for a rather large platter, maybe we should ALL rethink our pricing. :C:U

Didn't thing to say earlier. He uses the base of the trunk as it's the most stressed wood.

Something about it being the Tone Wood.

I've seen him demonstrate once but it was a while ago so things are a little fuzzy.
