pen turning ends

can some one help me i am looking for plans or ideas to make nylon or wood ends for centre turning pen blanks i might be using the wrong words but the go in the tail stock and the head stock and go into the tube of the blank to be held for turning, any help or web or youtube site would be fantastic, thanks steve.:):)
