I have seen an advertisement for a DVD that shows how to build a jig to cut grooves in turned bowls. It uses aircraft type cable to operate the pulleys and wheels to turn the bowl while it is mounted on the lathe. A router is mounted in a box like apparatus and as it is pushed along the side of the bowl the cables rotates the bowls. The lathe bed is covered with plywood or MDF for the router to ride on.

I had the site where it was sold marked, and now have lost it. Does anyone know who or where I can find the DVD and maybe a short video of it in operation?

Thanks

Was it Jeff Salter's "Spiraling Into Control" cable driven spiral system?
