Hi guys....I'm trying to find with out luck, a 5mm drill with a 90d (or 45d, depending how you look at it)
Something looks a bit like a centre drill.
Or something like this..........

would one of these do? 5mm drill diameter:

SMART-BITŪ - Fiber Cement - Product Features | Starborn Industries, Inc. (http://www.starbornindustries.com/smart-bit-fiber-cement-product-features)

Not sure what you wan't to use it for, so I don't know if the stop-collar would cause you any problems.

You could try this place.

Bolts Nuts Screws Online |bolts-screws-decking screws-rivets-stainless steel-socket head cap screws- wood counter sink (http://www.boltsnutsscrewsonline.com/shop/Contersink-with-pilot-drill-for-timber.446)

They show one for 10 guage screws, which I think equates to a 5mm screw - of course the one shown is probably for a pilot hole of about 3mm I guess. A phone call to them might lead you somewhere. Good luck.

Some wood screw countersink angles are 82 degrees. Just something to consider. I thought they were all the same until I bought some Weldon countersinks twenty years ago.

Whats the job rocket that you need to be that accurate
You could use a 5mm drill and then use a second drill ground to 90 deg rather than 60 as a countersink

I assumed he wanted a TCT drill bit and countersink, as that what his photo shows. We'll have to wait for him to report back with more detail.

Thanks guys........I want to drill a hole and countersink in one go to take
a bolt something like these...........
It'll be a production thing, so its a way to save a lot of time.
The holes will done on a mill/drill press.
