I currently have a 16" Ryobi Variable speed. Bought it 2nd hand.
Fairly disappointed with it. Hunted around to get the Ryobi bits to allow pinless blades but they are next to useless.
I am looking at an upgrade - but to what? I have looked back through this forums archives but still not very much wiser!
What saw represents good value for money spending up to about $400.
That cuts out the DeWalt, Hegner etc.:(
Would like variable speed and pinless.
The Wood Show is coming up soon in Brisbane and can wait until then if need be.
Any opinions or advice appreciated
Dave
