After a series of incidents, including a computer crash and a camera crash, I have finally got back in to the workshop. This lidded bowl was made from Australian black walnut and silver ash. This is part of a series, using different combinations to see how they look. These two timbers look good together. It measures 175mm diameter and 125mm high. Feel free to express an opinion.

Where is the sugar :? :q

Nice one Jim, the shape and lid reminds me of the sugar bowl my Nan had when I was a kid.

[/My thoughts are 'this is good' :U I think you're right the two timbers go well together and the Black Walnut is something I have seen little of. I like the shape and form and the glues are as per. :2tsup:
