Simply ages ago I lost the knob off the throttle control on me lawnmower
I at first wrapped electrical tape around it - didn't work too well.
Then I used the plastic knobby bit off one of those toggle clamps (http://www.carbatec.com.au/toggle-clamps_c8560) - well it fell off and disappeared
Scratching my head, wondering what else I could use, I had a flash of inspiration "make one ya twit!"
So here it is, my first woodturning for nearly two months (first for about 12 months if you leave out the pens)
Bit of fencepost from the barbi woodpile, ubeaut's shellawax

Ok it might be a bit of overkill (the original knob was prob 1/4 that size) but it works :2tsup:
