1 Jap pumkin with top cut off and deseeded.
Mushrooms 200-500gr
Bacon partly cooked
Onions softened
Full bulb of garlic
200gr of Ricotta Cheese
Hand full of Parmesan Cheese
Whatever herbs and spices you like
A splash of soy sauce
1 Chorizio sausage
440gr tin of creamed corn
Cook all ingredients partly in a pan then shovel them into the pumpkin and throw into the oven on 180c for between 50min and 70min depending on the size.:cool:
