getting quicker !!

hi all
well i have made another bowl/platter out of some found timber i think is silky oak, but some one on here might know better.
It only took be about 2 1/2 hours to get it from chunk of wood to finished it was sanded to 600 then eee and then a few coats of gilly wax.
