As your supplier suggested UF. Epoxy is also used.

You might try a search as there was a recent thread on this very topic.

The features that you are looking for are:
Ridgid, non creep
Minimum glue line
Longish working time
Good bond to the timber types you are using (most important)

The canditates are
Epoxy e.g. West Sytems
High solids PVA like GF 203 from Garret Wade via Anton Gerber
Urea Formaldehyde
Modified UF (with about 10% PVA)

My experience has been the following

Epoxy HS PVA UF MUF
Ridgid, non creep XXX X XX XX
Minimum glue line X X X X
Longish working time X XX XX XX
Good bond (Aussie timbers)x X XX XXX

However, not cheap, need different accelerators summer to winter. I think shelf life is also limited.
Hope this all helps

Is the Bent Lamination Long Grain to Long Grain?

If So Just about any of the Modern Style of Glues Will do the Trick............

If you need plenty of glue up time then a slow setting resin glue like urea formaldehyde or a slow setting epoxy will do the job!

Even more importantly than your glue selection plan your glueup before you start you'll be amazed how much a dry run n clamping strategy will save you hassles rather than guessing while you go ................. If your using a bending form try and do a practice run first so you can detect any oversights or hassles before you start applying glue.................don't learn the hard way!!!!!!!
