A lot of faith in his glue, especially considering the trial and error fit of the triangles at the end of the build up.

Thanks Nick, nice to know you are concerned about me :wink:. Problem with this idea is the long continuous joints and I would need a variety of sizes in bowing balls. :D

I did wonder whether the joints would hold up
No you get one bowling ball
make a number of bowls that size
then you turn the bowling ball smaller and make a number that size etc
Interesting looking bowl though

I did a bit of a clean up in the garage today and found things that I forgot I had. One of those items was a bowling ball. :U

nah Jim would want to make the bowling ball shape out of segmented bits
it would have to have the right pattern to be used as a shaping jig
