It has not been reported very much maybe because they don't want panicked people.
It is heading toward our Sun NOW and is expected to pass the Earth next month. It is already visible to the naked eye and is expected to get larger.
ISON has already had an interaction with Mars, causing it to grow a tail and the impact it will have on earth is yet to be 100% determined.
