I was asked to turn 18 Rosewood drawer knobs, gee the mail smelt good! the blanks turned up 200 mm long so I had the teknatool spigot jaws on so I held them on the square and managed to get 3 per blank! now they are going back in the mail!
the customer liked the shape of the pine ones at Bunnings. biggest diameter is 35 mm and 30 mm long.
I like jobs like this turn, sand and send! no polishing!

Hi Chuck1,
There are not to many of us who use the Spigot Jaws.
I have both 35 / 45mm. Jaws.

Don't own any of those 50mm things. Chucked 'em. Useless for what I do.

Also have a set of Pinocchio Jaws, 75mm. long & will hold 13mm. 2 Screws in ea. Jaw.
Unavailable these Days, so I'm told.

Recently bought another Black Nova with 100mm. Jaws, from WW F, have 'em all now.

Sorry, but meant to say Great Job, on the Knobs, done a few similar Jobs like that.

I really like the spigot jaws for long turning, the standard jaws are ok for short turning,
I even got my mate to make me a cup chuck for bigger free end turning.
I also bought a black nova Chuck off eBay $85 posted and when I opened it, it had never been used! or assembled.
I have not heard of Pinocchio jaws?!
