Popped my Pop's Shed cherry today. Have to say that the boys there were kind, patient, sensitive and understanding. :blush2:

I somehow get the feeling that in the future they will be helping me to part with a considerable amount of my hard-earned.

Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Here are my two Dens Of Inequity:

Asheville Hardware (http://www.ashevillehardware.com/)

They have nice timber that I fondly pat on my way to their off cuts bin for turning blanks:

Wood (http://www.ashevillehardware.com/lumber/)

Hickory, NC Store | Klingspor's Woodworking Shop (http://www.woodworkingshop.com/hickory/)

And this for timber: Exotic Wood, Woodworking & Woodturning Suppliers – Cormark International (http://www.cormarkint.com/)

Restraint is the key word when going to Pop's shed, something I've found very hard to come by, all those things hanging from hooks look so sad, the need a new home, MINE :2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:

An empty bank account provided my "restraint" during my visit. Had it not been empty when I walked in the door, it sure as hell would have been when I walked back out.
