Howdy.

I'm planning to make a shuffle board but I need a bunch of wooden discs. I don't know anything about turning so I'm wondering how you would go about producing a large number of identical discs in a typical workshop situation.

Cheers

What's a shuffle board?
What size discs?

Discs are 52mm in diameter and 13mm thick with a slightly concave face.

I can't find a picture of the board I'm building (I'm copying an existing board) but it looks a bit like this: http://store.shuffleboardfederation.com/shuffleboard/12chbushta.html

The discs are quite different from what is shown here though.
