Beautiful as always how do you cut you're threads chasers or what, I recently purchased a couple of sets of chasers but are yet to use them as I have to do some work on the lathe to get the speed (slow) right to be able to use them. You have the added requirement of having the thread when tight to be lined up with the segments as said beautiful done.

Hi Rod, all the threads are hand chased. You will need to get down to about 350rpm.

Hi Smiffie, the box on the left is salmon bean and silver ash, the others are black bean and silver ash. There are plenty of videos on U-Tube showing how thread chasing is done. Sharp tools, gentle touch and speed about 350 rpm are all necessary for success. Mastering hand thread chasing is like any other skill, it needs patience, hands on help is always good too.
