Some blanks cut from beach find

I was wonderfully surprised when I cut the ends from a branch I picked up on the beach yesterday. Striking colour differences in it. Upon ripping it became even more inspiring! I'll have to make sure the pens produced are some of my best work. Perhaps a pen & pencil, or ball & fountain pen set.

Not yet. Have been away from the tools for a while due to other commitments, but will get to it when I find some free time.

Interesting find. Lot of rot and spalting, so will need stabilising, or flooding with thin CA.
