Turning request assistance for a mate - boat steering wheel repair

I'm hoping someone can help me help a mate please.

It's a turning request to replace the handles on his boat steering wheel; see the photo attached.....

I'll have to chase up some measurements for whoever can offer the help - THANK YOU in advanced...
