Help me ID this Wadkin table saw.

Hey all

Can someone please help me ID this Wadkin table saw, it was posted for sale online but I will only be able to go have a look at it later this week. From what I can find online it looks like an AGS but I'm not sure if it's a 10 or 12, what's the difference?

Looks like an AGS 10 to me but hard to tell from one pic. The number denotes the size of blade (10 & 12 inches).

Thanks. What do these things normally go for? It obviously needs a bit of cleaning especially on the base, bearing would probably also need replacing?

Price really varies based on location. Here in Australia that would probably sell for anywhere from $500 to $1200 but depends on motor size and how well it runs.
