Dust Extraction for Saw

Al Burdon

Sick of the piddly little dust system designed for the Triton saw well. I built a cyclone dust extraction unit(2hp) and replaced the bag from the triton saw with a routed circle and a 4 inch (100mm) drain connection and hooked it to the DC. Near on sucked me into the saw slot. I have a three inch connection for the router attachement and now am going to make a replacement overhead guard to get the remaining dust. Anyone have any ideas about a zero clearance insert for the saw. The triton DC now services the compound slide saw. I now go weeks between emptying the DC and no clogging.
