Hi there, just wondering if anyone has turned anything Using laminated merabu posts? They look like they might have an interesting finished product just not sure how they would hold up. Tia.

I assume you are referring to Merbau aka Kwila (Intsia bijuga) and yes I turn them for house finials. The pattern of the laminated stuff is of no interest as they get painted
