The sketch attached is probably self evident in the message it is meant to convey.
As per previous projects, the first job is to carve the character, which in this case will be controlled from the background, through the rocket support and routed where it needs to go.. The legs, arm and head will move, and a bellows will hopefully provide the required puff to the hair....
