Here's another creation 2-3yrs in the making, I eas going through a lamination craze and knocked this rock maple (from a crate), Queensland red gum (rescued fence post circa 60's, possibly older, not that this is any indication but when the neighbour started renovations, a front page of a local paper was found behind a kitchen wall, dated May 1944, and The headline read "Nazi's out of the Balkans") and a highly figured mystery timber given to me, which was no good for anything else. The lamination was close to 800 long so I have been waiting for something appropriate to make out of it and here's 1/3 of it.

I was told it's a 3/8" spindle gouge (10mm) I hope this is what your asking. I was looking at putting a fingernail grind on it as I have bought another one just the same.
