Myself and the good lady just completed our first event with our wares. It was a mixture of old tractors model steam engines stationary engines old cars busses and fire engines. There were other attractions too many to mention.
Anyway this is our little setup.

Totally shattered now as we also pulled down an old shed in the garden erected a new one and refilled it with what seemed more than came out of the old one. This was done the week running up to the weekend, should have planned that a bit better:B.

That’s a beautiful display Derek; top marks to you and Norine.

On another note; did you manage to take any photos of the old cars and steam machinery please?

Cheers Peter

Thank you I try not to produce too much otherwise I would run out of storage and this is the only way of disposing of some as well as earn some extra tool money, damn it I always want more tools:rofl:.

As it is I managed to buy these while there the compressor cost a total of £16 but the switch needs replacing for £12.79 even though it is a runner just could not switch it off. The other items cost £1 or £2 .
I also picked up a vacuum pump which the owner had brought but was faulty the company replaced it and told him to bin it, it is now mine free of charge and is all up and running again(I used to repair tools as a living)

Look away if you have a delicate disposition now.

I even managed a new hat

It's funny that you suggest a spinning wheel as I have plans for one and keep looking at them:biggrin2::biggrin2::biggrin2:

Looking good Derek, That new hat is pretty swish even if it’s not an Aussie akubra.
The compressor, vacuum pump and tools are a top score; well done sport.
Cheers Peter

Thanks for the photos of the steam engines.

No did not go to Doncaster but been told it was good, someone did post some photo's on another forum.

Yes plan on some stabalising just need to get the rest of the equipment together. I have cast my own blanks in the past for pen turning two of them even reached the shores of Australia now in the hands of Peter(Crowie) and his good lady.
