This is a small lidded box made from black bean, 60mm tall and 45mm diameter. I have been playing around with a new segmenting technique for a while now. It is different from the "leggo" style of segmenting. These boxes are easier to make as I don't have to wrestle with a chain saw, and lift heavy lumps of wood. Even managed to encourage black bean to take the hand chased thread.

Nice one Jim . There is a large blackbean growing in a garden near me that I drool at every time I go past .

Generally no, but it can cause a sneezing attack if I don't use some respiratory protection.
