I have been requested by one of the local joineries to turn up some round windows about 1metre in diameter.has any body got any information on how to go about building them and then turning them as the local council wont give me any sizes, I have to supply them with the information then they take a guess to see if it will be suitable.

A friend of mine built a 'muddy' and has a feature window which in a previous life was a wagon wheel, the spokes were replaced with a suitable square section of KDH to accept the leadlight panes. Just an idea for a size, it would be about 4' across and looks good.
Suppose you could also fabricate a wheel the same way as the wheel makers usewd to..
