Whilst looking through some old photos I came across this one of (Alan) Tiny Hayes. Taken around 1988 when he came to do a demo night for me when I used to have the Central Victorian School of Woodcrafts.
I added a measurement to the photo just to give an idea of the size of the man. The top of the headstock is exactly 4ft from the floor.
Is it any wonder they called him Tiny.
