I have more respect for my body than to fill it up with a combination of excessive salt, fat, preservatives and artificial flavourings. You might as well eat MacDonalds...

Breakfast of champions son, how do you think I got a body like this?

Depends how hungry and desperate I was at the time.

I certainly wouldn't make such a sandwich.

Fair enough WB, we know you're not too keen on bread. How about if you wrapped it in a pancake?

Before I respond to the poll I require further detail

1. What type of bread is this on: Turkish, Sourdough, Wonderwhite, Cobb, wholegrain, rye, multigrain, ciabatta, panini, maybe focaccia even

2. Vegemite is taken as given, but at what level of application and in what order of the assembly of the so-called sandwich: directly to the substrate (refer above for examples of substrate), to both opposing sides of the substrate or after one of the mentioned spreads has been added.

3. Mayonnaise. These days supermarket shelves are stocked with a variety of products claiming to be mayonnaise, from low fat to whole egg, each have a character of their own and is the case with timber, one man's trash could be another man's treasure. Further verification of this type of spread is also required given the nature of the generic term.

4. As with Mayonnaise; peanut butter, sometimes referred to as peanut paste, has many and varied incarnations, not to mention preferences of brand.

5. BBQ Sauce. Please refer to points 3 and 4 to establish the difficulty in ascertaining true and correct statistical data by using generic terms.

So Stirlo mate, although your endeavor to gather statistical data on the epicurian habits of board members is admirable, for any reasearch to be valid, strict controls need to be applied to avoid skewing results in a direction that may benefit the researcher.

;) ;) ;) :D

To paraphrase Dorothy Parker:-

That is a sandwich not to be lightly cast aside. It should be hurled - with great force.

2. Vegemite is taken as given, but at what level of application and in what order of the assembly of the so-called sandwich: directly to the substrate (refer above for examples of substrate), to both opposing sides of the substrate or after one of the mentioned spreads has been added. once again , it doesn't matter

3. Mayonnaise. Further verification of this type of spread is also required given the nature of the generic term.lemon and cracked pepper mayo works best

4. As with Mayonnaise; peanut butter, sometimes referred to as peanut paste, has many and varied incarnations, not to mention preferences of brand. the one aldi sells, or just use kraft

5. BBQ Sauce. Please refer to points 3 and 4 to establish the difficulty in ascertaining true and correct statistical data by using generic terms.

So Stirlo - how do you feel about bricklaying as a career? And while you're at it, give us your considered opinion of goats. This is important, trust me on this.
