Antler's

I turned an Antler and it turned out "not Bad" but how do i get rid of the odor after it has been turned, polished and ready for the pocket.

Funny, I did a goat horn and it didn't smell at all...

It must take time for the odar to leave as there is no smell now.

Mind you, my guess is that you got it too hot. You shouldn't turn antler with the bevel rubbing (treat it like plastic).
