They were purloined from A Dallas Texas turning club website. Credit belongs to Todd Hoyer, a well known and very innovative US turner for creating them.

TM, thanks... never thought about others wanting this... how selfish of me... I got it the other day, and have it ready to print for my shop notebook.

well I did mess around with a wood lathe when was a teenager in my dads workshop. Mainly base ball bats, and other heavy wacking type things . But in those days there were no chucks just face plates, none of these new fangled tools and techniques.
Just started again 9 months ago and hit the ground running, with a 40 year gap between sessions. So I kinda is and isnt. :D
But coming from a toolmaking back ground has certainly not been a hindrance. Thanks for the kind comments

Wow... you had me fooled! I thought you'd been at it for years.
I just started about March of 2004, so I'm a two-year-old... a slow one. :o)
