2006 Perth Wood Show submission forms

Hi, I think it is probably too late now to enter anything in, (if not please let me know immediately). I want to enter in a bowl for the wood show, but I cannot find submission formsa or anything. Please tell me how I can enter anything in, because I would like to. Any help will be much appreciated, Regards...........Joash
