I have just got a hold of the new Woodman Group catalogue and have noticed the Scheer Routers, which I understand to have functions that other routers don't and a price to match unfortunately(But then again they're German Quality).
Has anyone used these Machines at all and how would they compare with a run of the mill off the shelf quality router like the Hitachi.
These routers come in at a price better than the cheaper spindle moulders and would obviously be targeted for a good production shop.

John I have used the Scheer router for forming the bullnose on 50mm solid timber benchtops . Where the japanese brand machines do allright and you may take a couple of passes. With the Scheer one cut and no hesitation. They are agricultural in their construction but built solid. These are the real Tim the Toolman stuff More Power http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/biggrin.gif
