Router templates does any one know where to get them

Templates or template guides?
Guides can be obtained from Carbatec, don't know anyone else in Sydney.
Depending upon what you are doing there are also pattern bits with a bottom bearing from Carbitool and CMT (amongst others I assume).

you could possibly try The Wood Works at Meadowbank aswell.

This will depend on what router you are using, as there is at least one router on the market that does not provide template guides for their router. Other manufacturers only supply few guides. If you are in Sydney you could call For Wood Tools and Machinery Seven Hills

I have a Triton Router with Triton Router template guides

Simple answer is you generally make you own templates as required.

there are several good books that should cover the subject.
